General Policy
As a one-person small business, I carefully handcraft and inspect every order before shipping. Due to the nature of personalized and perishable sticker products:
I do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or accidental purchases
All sales are final for digital downloads and custom orders
When I Will Make It Right
I stand behind my work and will resolve these situations:
Wrong Item Received: If I made a mistake in your order
Damaged Items: If your order arrives with production flaws or shipping damage
Major Defects: If items differ significantly from their listing description
Requirements:
You must contact me within 7 days of delivery
Provide clear photos of the issue
Return the unused items if requested (I'll provide a prepaid label for my errors)
Refund Process
For eligible cases:
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (minus shipping)
Alternatively, I can offer store credit or a replacement
Processing takes 3-5 business days after approval
Shipping Issues
For lost or damaged packages:

I'll file a claim with the carrier on your behalf
